Refund & Return Policy

At Pick speed store, we want you confident in every exclusive beverage, snack, and pantry staple you order. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and freshness claims work.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most unopened non-perishable items within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is in original condition with sealed packaging.
  • The item has not been modified, damaged, or stored improperly.
  • You have your order number or proof of purchase from Pick speed store.

Perishable items and fresh provisions may only be returned if defective or damaged on arrival. Opened groceries are handled under our freshness review.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked final sale or clearance at time of purchase.
  • Products damaged by misuse, alteration, or improper storage after delivery.
  • Opened perishable goods or products past their best-by date due to customer delay.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email kaynatrashid@pickspeedstore.com or use our Contact Support form.
  2. Include your order number, item name/SKU, and reason for return.
  3. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and any required RMA details.

Do not send returns without approval — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless Pick speed store provides a prepaid label for a defective or incorrect item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 14 days of delivery for damage claims. We may offer a replacement or refund after review.

6. Freshness Guarantee

Pick speed store products carry a freshness guarantee. We ensure all provisions are well within their optimal consumption window upon delivery. Guarantee does not cover spoilage from improper customer storage. See our Quality Standards page for details.

7. Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Contact support before returning. We will help arrange an exchange when stock is available. Price differences may apply.
